missingWrote a review on Dec 17delicious cocktailsgreat locationeasy access to nearby restaurantsroom swap hassleunderwhelming first room
The rooftop bar had cocktails to die for, seriously! Plus, the location is so close to some delish eats like Broken English Taco Pub and Giordano's for some slice action. Truly made me feel like a guest in my own city!
We really had a struggle with the room swap after check-in. that original room was a major letdown!

I truly enjoyed the trendy decor and inviting lounges at Arlo Chicago. The accessible design made it easy for me to navigate. The staff was helpful and attentive, making my stay both comfortable and enjoyable.
More seating areas for relaxation would be appreciated.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise! 🌅 The only hiccup was the late-night water service—not a big deal, though. Overall, a great stay!

missingWrote a review on Oct 31perfect locationstunning viewstop-notch cocktailsinconvenient housekeeping
Had an awesome time with friends! The location was perfect for exploring, just minutes from Millennium Park and the Riverwalk. The rooftop views were stunning, and the cocktails at the bar were top-notch, especially Victor's personalized mixes. Just a heads up, make sure to ask for extra washcloths during your stay!
We had some hiccups with housekeeping, as they didn’t replace the used washcloths during our stay. It took quite a bit of time to get new ones, which was a bit inconvenient.

It was just a perfect match for a brief stop-in in Chicago with outstanding value for money. The canned water upon arrival was a nice touch, but I wished it was refreshed daily. Be cautious when coming back late as the entrance locks after 9pm.

The location was fantastic—close to attractions. I loved the spacious room and the trendy bar was a nice touch.
Felt so welcome, no complaint.

missingWrote a review on Sept 18rooftop areacoffee loungeventilation issue
We had a double room for two nights and the early check-in was a nice surprise! We loved relaxing by the rooftop area, and the coffee in the lounge was a great perk. Just a heads up, the ventilation pointed a bit towards the bed, which could be a little annoying in warmer weather. ☕️

The accommodations provided were perfect for our two-night stay, with friendly staff and a well-appointed, clean room. The location on Michigan Ave allowed easy walks to shopping and cultural sites. While the nearby dining options, including popular pizza and donut spots, added to our experience, parking was a bit expensive at $30 a day, which could be a factor for those renting cars.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was unbeatable, just a short stroll from Millennium Park and the Navy Pier. We loved exploring the vibrant surroundings and appreciated the pet-friendly environment for our two dogs. The rooms were modern and clean, making our long weekend enjoyable.
For dads, it would be great if maid service came daily.

The smiley and attentive staff really made the experience enjoyable, always eager to help with local information. The modern decor and cleanliness of the deluxe room exceeded expectations, especially given the reasonable price. Walking distance to attractions made our trip effortless, but a heads-up about local events would have been appreciated for a more complete experience.
